Campbell de Mexico was established in 1963 and is headquartered in Villagran, Mexico, Campbell's Mexican operations offer many authentic recipes of condensed and dry soups. Two popular cream soups in the Mexican line are Chile Poblano and Squash Flower (Flor de Calabaza). Lentil soup and Tortilla soup are popular broth based soups in the Mexican market. Campbell branded beverages and sauces are also strong in the Mexican lineup. These include V8, V8 Splash, V8 Smoothies and V8 Turbo beverages, Campbell's Molto Bene Italian and Prego Italian sauces.

This business unit manages 45 countries in Central and South America's diverse consumer markets which include 500,000 people, many with different cultures, politics, currencies, and eating habits. This unit also handles production and distribution of Campbell products into these markets.

Key products in this region include Campbell's Asopao de Pollo and Asopao de Camarones which are sold in Puerto Rico - Latin America's largest market, the Dominican Republic, and Venezuela.
