Edward Lyons joined Campbell in April 2005 as Vice President-Finance and Strategy, International. He reports directly to Larry McWilliams, President-Campbell International, and functionally to Craig Owens, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer.

Ed focuses on major strategic initiatives, with responsibility for financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the International division. He is a member of both the International and Financial leadership teams.

Ed's 23-year Nabisco career began as an accountant in the Philadelphia bakery. He subsequently held finance positions of increasing responsibility including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Nabisco International and Vice President-Finance for the Planters Company.

After leaving Nabisco in 2000, Ed served in senior level finance roles at F. Schumacher & Co. and SAP North America, and as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with New World Pasta.

Ed earned his B.S. degree in accounting from Thomas A. Edison State College in Trenton, N.J., and his M.B.A. degree in finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, N.J.
