Senior Vice President, President—Meals and Beverages
Roberto Leopardi joined Campbell in June 2018 and was named Senior Vice President, President—Meals and Beverages in April 2019. He reports to Mark Clouse, President and CEO, and is a member of the Campbell Leadership Team.
Campbell Meals and Beverages includes the company’s U.S. soup, simple meals and shelf-stable beverages portfolio, as well as Pacific Foods, North America Food Service, Canada, Plum and its Latin America businesses.
Previously, Roberto spent more than 20 years with SC Johnson, leading and transforming operations in the U.S., Europe, Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, and Mexico. Most recently, he served as Vice President-Marketing, North America, where he drove sales and market share growth in the U.S. and Canada, as well as in e-commerce. Roberto started his career at Nestlè, where he spent four years in marketing roles.
Roberto graduated from Bocconi University in Italy with degrees in business, economics, and statistics. He is also a graduate of the Senior Executive Program at France’s INSEAD, one of the world’s leading and largest graduate business schools.
