Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Xavier Boza was named Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in July 2018. He oversees the global human resources affairs functions for Campbell and its employees. He reports to Mark Clouse, President and Chief Executive Officer, and is a member of the Campbell Leadership Team.
Xavier joined Campbell in 2015 as Vice President Human Resources for the Global Biscuits and Snacks Division, and was subsequently promoted to Vice President Human Resource, Core, overseeing all divisions: Campbell International, Campbell Snacks, Campbell Meals & Beverages, as well as Global Supply Chain, and Sales.
Previously, Xavier spent two years as Vice President Human Resources for Kellogg’s Latin American businesses. Among his accomplishments were the regional implementation of shared services and support for emerging market growth initiatives.
Before that, Xavier worked at Kraft Foods for four years in roles including Head of Human Resources for Oscar Mayer business unit; Head of Human Resources, Central and Eastern Europe Region and Global Sales; Senior Director Human Resources, Beverages business unit; and Director Human Resources Caribbean and Central America.
Xavier’s 30-year career has also included positions with Hovensa LLC – Hess Oil, Grünenthal Pharmaceutical as General Manager, and HR roles with Abbott Laboratories. Additionally, he served as a United States Air Force Human Resources Officer for the U.S., Europe, and Middle East.
He earned his B.S. degree in business administration from Western New England College, and his M.S. degree in international relations from Webster University.
