2014 marked the second year Campbell employees, led by Our Pride Employee Network (OPEN) participated in the Philadelphia Pride Day. The OPEN mission is to create a safe community for LGBT Campbell employees and their straight allies so they can share experiences, learn from, and support each other.
Campbell was well represented at the event with 38 volunteers, including employees, family and friends. Volunteers marched in the parade, which had over 25,000 attendees present and distributed Campbell products, which included Goldfish Puffs and Goldfish color crackers.
