Campbell CEO Discusses Resiliency and Leadership

“It’s interesting that the Merriam-Webster definition of resilience focuses not only on flexibility, as in the ability to get pulled and stretched and return to one’s original shape, but also on spirit, as in being tough and strong enough to be successful after setbacks,” said Campbell’s President and CEO Denise Morrison, who will serve as a key note speaker at the Business for Social Responsibility (BSR) Conference: Resilient Business, Resilient World in November.

In anticipation of the conference, Denise discussed how Campbell is building resilience and her thoughts on modern leadership.

I am appalled-you are Support LGBT and Islamic Society of North America! This finished me with your products! Sorry, but I will no longer buy anything made by you. And I have a wide base of contact and have shared this with everyone I know! and I can promise you, they will all follow suit! I just cannot believe it! You support known enemies of our country! You obviously do not support the American Family. And I will not allow my money to go to either cause!

You know, I think this company LOVES and THRIVES on “STIRRING THE POT! What they don’t know is that they’re going to be standing before the Lord Jesus Christ and be judged on Judgement Day. What can I say? Hopefully, they will come to their senses, admit the errors of their way, and repent! We have enough fighting in the world today, and enough to be concerned about, let along some stupid company trying to start a war between different types of people in America. SHAME ON YOU CAMPBELL SOUP!
