Campbell Foodservice Chefs Serve Grown Up Kids Food at March of Dimes(R) Signature Chefs Auction

Auction Package To Help a Busy Mom Focus On Her Health and That of
Her Family

CAMDEN, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Nov. 9, 2009–
Campbell Soup Company (NYSE:CPB) North America Foodservice
executive chefs will present delicious “grown-up kids’ food,” including
Mac & Cheese with Lobster & Truffle Crumbs and the World’s Best Tomato
Basil Bisque with Petite Grilled Fontina & Herb Panini. Campbell also
will offer an exclusive culinary package for a busy mom who wants to
focus on her health and that of her family at the March of Dimes®
Signature Chefs Auction at The Please Touch Museum® on
November 13. Campbell is the Presenting Five-Star Sponsor of the event.

Campbell’s auction package will include:

According to the March of Dimes, the healthier a woman is before
pregnancy, the better her chances are of having a healthy baby, and the
less likely her baby is of being born preterm.

Campbell’s Executive Chefs Tom Frain, Richard Calladonato, Amanda
Zimlich and Mark Fitch will join other chefs from 20 of Philadelphia’s
premier restaurants, including Talula’s Table, Union Trust Steakhouse,
Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar, and Ristorante Panorama.

Chef Tom Frain is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and
has worked at fine dining institutions since age 17, including the Four
Seasons Hotel; Chef Richard Calladonato is also a Culinary Institute of
America alum and has worked for several restaurant chains, including
Tony Roma’s and Bertucci’s; Chef Amanda Zimlich is the youngest female
chef to ever have been invited to cook at the James Beard Foundation;
and Chef Mark Fitch, a certified Chef Pattissier and trained
confectioner, chocolatier, and ice cream specialist, holds patents and
has worked for royalty and other exclusive clientele.

At the event, the chefs will serve approximately 500 guests “grown-up
kids’ food” featuring Campbell Foodservice products, including March of
Dimes Mac & Cheese with Lobster & Truffle Crumbs; The World’s Best
Tomato Basil Bisque with Petite Grilled Fontina & Herb Panini; Pigs in a
Blanket Pretzel Wrapped with Smoked Cheddar Bockwurst; Big Kid Alphabet
Soup with a Cracker Spoon; Truffled Parmesan Goldfish® crackers;
and a deconstructed chocolate chip cookie with fresh whipped cream.

Campbell’s auction package expires one year from the date the auction
winner chooses to activate her membership at The Sporting Club.
