Campbell Soup Company Introduces New Portable Soups and a Chance to
                      Win the Ultimate Road Trip

Luggage? Check. Gas? Check. Coloring books for the kids? Check.
Soup? Check.

When more than 90 million Americans hit the road during the
November and December holiday season(1), showing some creativity
during a routine rest stop could drive them closer to a dream
vacation! When headed across the country on holiday visits, travelers
who take a photograph of their family or friends enjoying one of
Campbell’s(R) “M’m! M’m! Good!(R) To Go(TM)” portable soups at a
unique or interesting location could win $10,000 for an all-American
road trip and a personal consultation with travel expert Samantha
Brown. Complete contest details are available at
www.anywhereinamerica.com.

“When hitting the road this holiday season, be sure to make a
checklist of essential items you’ll need to make your family trip
hassle-free and fun-filled – especially for the kids,” says Brown,
host of “Great Hotels” and “Girl Meets Hawaii” on The Travel Channel.

Holiday traffic sometimes extends the family trip substantially.
To keep kids entertained, Brown recommends packing books and portable
games along with several favorite CDs. “One of the most important tips
for a successful trip is to make sure the food you pick is convenient
and easy to eat on the road,” she adds.

M’m! M’m! Good! To Go

Campbell’s “M’m! M’m! Good! To Go” portable soups, including Soup
at Hand(R) soup and Chunky(R) and Select(R) soups in microwaveable
bowls, make perfect travel companions and are a great way to keep the
familiar taste of home nearby when hungry mouths call. With simple
microwave preparation and portable packaging, the line of portable
soup tackles the number one barrier to eating soup outside of the home
– convenience.

Soup is consistently a top choice for lunch at home, but falls low
on the list for out-of-home consumption. According to National Eating
Trends, 59 percent of meals are rushed and 34 percent of lunches are
eaten on the run. With 17 microwaveable varieties, Campbell now gives
on-the-go consumers a wholesome food option at work, at school and
even on the road.

After the initial success of Campbell’s Soup at Hand soup, a line
of sippable soups introduced in 2002, the company launched new
varieties of Soup at Hand soup along with its most popular
ready-to-serve soups, Campbell’s Chunky soup and Campbell’s Select
soup, in 15 oz. microwaveable bowls. The soups hit supermarket shelves
across the country in August.

Campbell’s “Anywhere in America” contest runs from Aug. 31, 2003
through Feb. 29, 2004. For details on how to enter and official rules,
