Campbell Recognized for Promoting a Healthy Workplace

CAMDEN, N.J., Jun 17, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) –The National Business Group on Health, a nonprofit association of large
employers, honored Campbell Soup Company (NYSE:CPB) for its
commitment and dedication to promoting a healthy workplace and
encouraging employees and families to support and maintain healthy
lifestyles.

Campbell was among 66 employers that received the 2010 Best Employers
for Healthy Lifestyles
award at the Leadership Summit sponsored by
the National Business Group on Health’s Institute on Innovation in
Workforce Well-being. Campbell received a Gold Award for its
comprehensive approach to promoting healthy lifestyles. This marks the
fifth year Campbell has received an award.
