Campbell’s Cares: Employee Giving
Our employee giving programs are centered around choice. We empower our employees to support causes and nonprofits that are meaningful to them through matching gifts, volunteer grants, and crowdsourcing.

giving campaign

The impact of our employees
Our employees live into our purpose each and every day. Here are a few of their stories.
Beloit, WI Meals on Wheels
The team at our Beloit manufacturing facility spends several hours each week volunteering with their local Meals on Wheels chapter. Employees sign up to deliver a van full of meals to their local community members.

Camden Charter School Culinary Arts Teaching Kitchen
The Camden Charter School Network needed commercial-grade kitchen equipment for a new Culinary Arts education program. To help, Campbell’s R&D team identified equipment that we no longer needed. We were able to donate and deliver several pieces of equipment to be used in the new teaching space. The new kitchen will become a place for students in Camden to pursue their culinary dreams and career goals.
Restoration of the Hedges Creek Wetlands area with The Wetlands Conservancy
The Pacific Foods team worked with nonprofit partner The Wetlands Conservancy to help restore The Hedges Wetlands in Tualatin, Oregon. Our team in Tualatin has partnered with this organization over the years to help protect the wetlands, including working together on Earth Day. Most recently, employees worked to remove over 75 pounds of trash and debris while restoring areas around the Pacific Foods campus in Tualatin.
