Senior Vice President and Chief Culture Officer
Camille Pierce joined Campbell as Senior Vice President and Chief Culture Officer in October 2020. She reports to Xavier Boza, Campbell’s Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, and Mark Clouse, President and CEO. Camille is a member of the Campbell Leadership Team.
As Chief Culture Officer, Camille leads Campbell’s work to ensure that all employees feel welcomed, heard, respected and valued, thereby enabling them to do their best work. She leads the company’s inclusion and diversity (I&D) strategy, a key lever to transform culture. Building a winning team and culture is a core component of Campbell’s strategic plan, and Camille’s team is focused on collaborating across the organization to create an inclusive, high-performance work environment. She oversees the implementation of the company’s I&D strategy focused on the standardization of key businesses processes and policies and increased learning opportunities; advocacy for ally networks and communities; and transparency and accountability.
Before joining Campbell, Camille worked at Whirlpool Corporation, where she most recently served as Senior Director of Global Inclusion & Diversity. Previously Camille spent 20 years at Procter & Gamble (P&G), where she held human resources and marketing roles, most recently in Global Learning and Leadership Development where she led P&G’s global leadership development academy.
In 2019, Camille was recognized by Black Enterprise Magazine as a Top Executive in Diversity & Inclusion. Camille graduated from Florida A&M University with a B.S. in Business Administration and an MBA in Marketing.
