As the Official Soup Sponsor of Super Bowl XLVIII, Campbell’s Chunky soup will be sampling its newest flavors including Hearty Cheeseburger, Philly-style Cheesesteak, and Spicy Chicken Quesadilla within Game Day Fan Plaza at MetLife Stadium from a Chunky branded food truck.
“Since the game is being held in New Jersey, where Campbell’s corporate headquarters is located, it felt like a natural fit to sample at the game this year. Also, it is bound to be a chilly day so what better way to satisfy cold and hungry fans than with a warm sample of Campbell’s Chunky soup,” Mark Materacky, brand manager for Campbell’s Chunky soup explained.
Also as an effort to help “tackle the cold,” Campbell’s Chunky will donate over 10,000 cans of soup to various food banks across the country on the road to the big game, starting on January 27th in Denver and Seattle.
Additionally, Campbell’s own Master Chef Thomas Griffiths, Global Vice President of Campbell’s Culinary and Baking Institute (CCBI) will be on hand at the big event where fans can enjoy game day fare with culinary flair as he cooks up Pho-Style Soup.
