Campbell Named to the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices for Seventh Consecutive Year

Campbell One of Three U.S. Food Companies to Be Named To Dow Jones
Sustainability World Index

Campbell Soup Company (NYSE: CPB) has been named to the Dow Jones
Sustainability North America Index for the seventh consecutive year and
the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index for a sixth consecutive year.
These independent rankings recognize Campbell’s leadership in supporting
long-term shareholder value while creating a more sustainable
environment and making a measurable difference in its hometown
communities.

  • Reducing absolute greenhouse gas emissions by 2.44 percent;
  • Reducing water consumption by 6.1 percent per tonne of food produced;
  • Achieving a waste recycling rate of more than 86 percent worldwide;
  • Logging more than 15,000 volunteer hours in Campbell’s hometown
    communities in the U.S.;
  • Providing more than $1.5 million in grants through the Campbell Soup
