CAMDEN, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Nov. 18, 2011–
Campbell Soup Company (NYSE: CPB) today announced that at

the Board of Directors. Travis is Senior Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer at Ralph Lauren Corporation.

Shareowners also re-elected 15 incumbent directors, ratified the

Travis, 49, was nominated by Campbell’s Board of Directors and brings
valuable business experience to the Campbell Board, particularly in the
areas of financial management and reporting, brand building and
operational management. She has held her current position at Ralph
Lauren Corporation since 2005. Prior to joining Ralph Lauren, Travis
served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Limited Brands, Inc. from
2002 to 2004 overseeing finance operations for the company’s divisions.
From 2001 to 2002, she served as Chief Financial Officer for Intimate
Brands, Inc., a division of Limited Brands. Earlier in her career,
Travis was Chief Financial Officer of the Beverage Can Americas Group of
American National Can, where she led both the Finance and Information
Technology functions. She also held various management positions at
PepsiCo and Pepsi Bottling Group. Travis began her career as an engineer
with General Motors Corporation, and went on to work in various
financial roles.

“Tracey’s financial and operational experience will complement our
Board, and her knowledge of consumer brands will be an asset to our
company,” said Campbell Chairman Paul Charron. “We look forward to the
addition of a dynamic and accomplished leader to our Board.”

Travis served on the board of Jo-Ann Stores Inc. for eight years and
chaired the Audit Committee for four years. She currently serves on the
boards of the Lincoln Center Theater, the Women’s Forum of New York and

Travis succeeds Harvey Golub, who retired from Campbell’s Board on Nov.
17 after 15 years of service. Golub served as Chairman of Campbell’s
Board from 2004 to 2009.

“I want to recognize Harvey’s many contributions to Campbell throughout
his time as a member of the Board. His leadership, insights and wise
