CAMDEN, NJ, September 28, 2001 — Campbell Soup Company (NYSE:CPB) today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend on its capital stock of 15.75 cents per share. The dividend is payable October 31, 2001 to shareowners of record at the close of business on October 5, 2001.
