Campbell Soup Company Announces Quarterly Dividend

CAMDEN, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–March 25, 2004–Campbell Soup
Company (NYSE:CPB) today announced that the Company’s Board of
Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend on its capital stock
of 15.75 cents per share. The dividend is payable May 3, 2004 to
shareowners of record at the close of business on April 12, 2004.
