Charles Nevin joined the company as Chief Customer Officer for the Meals & Beverages division in November 2021.  

Charley leads U.S. retail sales for the company’s soups, sauces and beverages business, driving growth across our portfolio of brands, like Campbell’s, Pacific Foods, Prego, and V8. He reports to the President of the Meals & Beverages division. 

Charley joined the company from Family Dollar, where he served as Merchandising Senior Vice President/General Merchandise Manager for four years. Prior to that role, he led Merchandising for non-perishable products at The Fresh Market.  

With more than 30 years working in retail and consumer products, Charley brings rich food experience from roles at Nabisco, Kraft Foods and Hillshire Brands. Earlier in his career, he worked at Campbell’s for seven years in both sales and marketing roles including as Team Leader of the Albertson sales team, Business Director on Chunky, and Customer Vice President of Walmart, leading the sales team based in Bentonville, A.R. from 2009-2012. 

Charley earned his Bachelor of Arts in history from Ohio Wesleyan University.
