We’re obsessed with winning consumers’ hearts. Staying close to our next generation of home cooks has led to our new ad campaigns, packaging, and recipes.

Taking bold actions

To make food people love, we have to make it better than anything else they could buy. That means getting inventive, creating unique products for people to try, and finding new ways to connect with consumers.

We’ve created unique texture and flavor combinations that win against competition, the latest example being Goldfish Mega Bites. We’ve also used new technologies to deliver bigger, bolder flavors in the pretzel category.

Moving fast

We know we can’t wait for the next big idea. We’re passionate about understanding what consumers want and bringing it to life faster than our competition.

We always want to improve the way we work. For example, we’re implementing a new market intelligence tool that will provide us with access to market and financial information for our buyers to make quicker data driven decisions.
